We’ll start with a 30–40 minute Pilates inspired workout designed to be low-pressure, and adaptable for all stages of motherhood🤍 Baby wearing is always welcome, and little ones can play, hang out, or join in however they’d like.
After class, stick around for some casual social time, connect with other moms, let the kids play, and soak in a little community.
Bring water, a mat or blanket (or both!), and anything you or your little one need to feel comfortable. No pressure, no expectations, just movement, fresh air, and a supportive space for moms 🤍🧘🏻♀️
We will have class on the Turf Field at the top of the hill by the parking lot and after class, move down to the playground! 🛝
