As a lead up to the Park’s Wands & Wonder event on May 2, step into a world of imagination at our wizard-inspired wand-making workshop! Participants will design and create their own custom wand using wooden dowels, sculpting details with hot glue and finishing with hand-painted designs. Each participant will leave with a one-of-a-kind wand that reflects their chosen house and personal creative style.
This program is for ages 14 and older.
Guests will choose their house and draw inspiration from its unique theme. The houses at Downtown Cary Park will be: Mossmere – Nature (Green) Oakspire – Sports & Fitness (Red) Cobblecraft – Arts & Crafts (Yellow) Lumisong – Performing Arts (Blue) Please note, only registered participants may attend this workshop. Walk-ins will not be permitted.
