2:30-3:00pm — Interactive Children’s Concert
New! This short, interactive concert is designed for families with children between ages 2-13 to learn about bells and music. Children and adults will have the chance to ring and sing as Bell Durham presents a selection of holiday favorites. Bell Durham is 15-member advanced ensemble that performs at community events on 6 octaves of handbells.
4:00-5:00pm — Bell Durham Holiday Concert
Bell Durham returns to Durham Main Library to present their 2025 holiday concert: Dreamscapes. The 15-member advanced community ensemble will present a wide variety of music on 6 octaves of handbell and handchimes. Selections will include dreamy favorites such as “Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy” (The Nutcracker) and “For Good” (Wicked) as well as traditional carols and original music for handbells. You don’t want to miss this holiday favorite at the library!

Parking is available in the library parking lot or at the North Queen Street Garage located at 115 North Queen Street which is behind the apartments directly across the street from the library. Parking at the garage is free. Please bring your parking ticket to a service point for validation.
