Families with children of all ages are invited to join us at North Regional Library for a Noon Year’s Eve party! This daytime event enables everyone to enjoy the excitement of ringing in the New Year without staying up past bedtime. There will be themed crafts and activities, and a countdown to noon with sparkling cider toasts!
