Do I need to make a reservation?
At this time, our reservation system is down- so no need to make a reservation, just stop on by! However, if you are coming with a group of more than 5, please email us at [email protected] so we can be sure to prepare for your group. Thank you!
What is Make it & Take it?
At Make it & Take it by Hello Yellow, we’re a colorful arts and crafts bar made for kids and fun for grown-ups, too! Choose from a playful menu of hands-on projects like painting, slime, jewelry, building kits, and more. Grab a juice box or an adult beverage, snack, and let your imagination take the lead. Whether you’re 3 or 93, there’s something here for every maker.
Here’s how it works: This isn’t a class, and it’s not a workshop, it’s a DIY art experience where you’re the artist! We’ll seat you, take your project order, and give you a quick rundown of the materials and how to use them. After that, you’re in charge of all the creating (don’t worry, we’re nearby if you need a hand). And yes everything you make goes home with you! A few things to know before you dive in: Our space has limited seating and spots fill quickly. 🍹 Food and drinks are available for purchase and every grown-up gets one complimentary adult beverage (cheers to that! Limit 1).
Adult supervision is required at all times at Make It & Take It by Hello Yellow. Kids can dive into a project and so can their grown-ups! We encourage you to join the fun and get creative together. We promise you’ll love the process just as much as the finished art.
What are the prices?
We have a fluctuating list of projects and they all vary in price based on complexity. Projects range from about $10-$50.
Do adults need to stay?
Yes, we do ask that at least one adult stay on site while your children are present.
Is this craft bar only for children?
NO! We think crafters of all ages will be excited to create with our thoughtfully curated bar of art supplies!
