This Mommy & Me Pilates class is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We’ll move through a 40 minute Pilates inspired workout that’s baby-friendly, low-pressure, and completely go-with-the-flow because motherhood doesn’t always follow a plan, and that’s the beauty of it
