Is your child a burgeoning artist? Do they come home from nature walks with pockets full of nature treasures? Let’s channel that energy into a nature journal!
This is a free program beginning at 10:30am in the Outdoor Classroom. We will meet in the classroom as we decorate our personal nature journals, before taking a nature walk around Prairie Ridge to begin our nature journaling journey! Come dressed for the weather and prepared to take a walk. Trails may be uneven and bumpy at times.
Please note that this program is intended for children of early childhood between the ages of 3 and 7, however these ages are not hard boundaries. A nature journaling program will also be offered for kids ages 6 to 12 on November 22 from 1:30 – 2:30pm.
